What is the Full Throttle Ag Tech Program?
The Full Throttle Ag Tech Program is an apprenticeship sponsored by American Implement that puts students through extensive training to become a certified John Deere Service Technician. The John Deere TECH Program was founded in 1989 and now sponsors programs at various accredited colleges throughout the U.S. and Canada. Full Throttle was the first John Deere registered apprenticeship in Kansas and goes the extra mile by offering graduates a 4-year employment agreement at American Implement, as well as, mentorship, free tools, and advancement opportunities for a solid footing in the beginning of their careers.
This is a full-ride scholarship, valued at over $35,000, making it a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for aspiring John Deere technicians.
