Honesty, Hard Work, and a Firm Faith in God! J&M's founders, Jerome and Maurice Grieshop, were raised in the small farming community of Fort Recovery, Ohio. Growing up in a large family, they were taught the importance of hard work, the value of a dollar and the necessity to treat others the way they would want to be treated. Being farmers themselves, they understood the hard work that was necessary to produce a quality product and the importance of having equipment designed to make farm work easier and more efficient.
